This is a synopsis for IDIQ contract A-E Construction Management Services (CMS) for Veteran's Affairs (VA) Mega Construction Projects supporting Portland District and Seattle District. Please see attached synopsis for additional details. *Please note that this was previously posted via the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil under W9127N24R0029. Due to technical issues, the amendments were not publicaly available via the SAM.gov posting. This posting is intended to provide all the amendments that should have been received in one location along with the synopsis and attachments. The due date has been extended via Amendment 0003. Please reach out to the POCs listed under Contact Information on this posting for any questions. The cutoff for questions and inquires is seven (7) days prior to the due date by 2:00 PM (Pacific). All firms submitting an SF 330 in response to this synopsis will be held to have reviewed the questions and responses in ProjNet-Bid prior to their submission.
