Site work for a military facility in Oak Island, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to Replace Fire Hydrant at USCG Station Oak Island; 300a Caswell Beach Rd. Oak Island, NC 28465A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 237110. The small business standard is $45M. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the estimated cost range is less than $25,000.00. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Refer to Section L, 52.237-27, for site visit information. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON NOV 29, 2023. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
