Saving Project...

Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kirkland, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Upgrades and improvements to the Holleuffer Park sports facilities. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the three existing tennis/pickleball courts and a basketball court with a new multi-purpose play area designed to function as a refrigerated outdoor ice rink from November to March and as a basketball and three tennis/pickleball courts of regulatory dimensions during the other months of the year. The project also includes the installation of a lighting system and a compliant electrical power system and renovations of the sports complex service structures. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in March 2024. Working drawings are anticipated in April 2024. Tender for the general contractor is slated for late spring/early summer 2024.
