The Scope of Service(s) may include but are not limited to: track, power (AC and DC), signals, structural, environmental services, and construction planning and phasing. As this project will be constructed within and adjacent to residential and recreational/conservation areas, the Consultant shall also include staff experienced in public outreach and engagement to assist the GLT Project Manager through public and stakeholder meetings and engagements. The scope of services will be authorized on a professional services contract basis. The contract duration for this Project will be two (2) years. Project Design and Bid Phase Services are expected to be completed within eighteen (18) months from NTP. Advanced material procurement specification shall be completed and submitted within six (6) months of NTP. Preliminary Design shall be submitted no later than April 30, 2024, to retain eligibility under the Core Capacity program. This is not a Request for Proposal. The MBTA reserves the right to cancel this procurement or to reject any or all proposals of qualifications
