Renovation of an educational facility in Hastings, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Hastings Public School District No. NE-0018, commonly known as Hastings Public Schools (the "District"), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a construction project that includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, general construction, mechanical, and electrical work for the completion of HVAC upgrades at the existing Hastings Senior High School. The project sites will be available immediately upon the District issuing a Notice to Proceed, with construction to commence on or about May 22, 2024. The district's goal for substantial completion of the project is August 01, 2024. Bidders may propose an alternative date for substantial completion and such date, if any, must be included on the Bid Form that the Bidder submits. Finally, all bidders must agree to follow Davis Bacon laws in accordance with the use of federal funds which are being used with this project. A bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment, such as a bid bond, certified check, or negotiable agreement. Hastings Public Schools reserves the right to reject any bids
