Reference Number 0000260163 Pricing Lump sum Question Deadline 12/15/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Centennial College is seeking to enter into a three (3) year term contract with a highly qualified Custodial Services firm to provide their elevated services across all its campuses Through this RFP, Centennial College of Applied Arts & Technology invites Custodial Service Providers with experience and capability to operate and maintain multi-building educational portfolios approximately 2,055,000 sq.ft. or larger in size to submit their proposals for the provision of Custodial Services. The College is looking to enter into a three (3) year contract, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions with well- established and reputable organization to provide Custodial Services as described in Appendix A- Scope of Work. The successful Proponent must demonstrate relevant experience and the ability to carry out the tasks/activities outlined in Appendix A - Scope of Work in other Post-Secondary Institutions of similar occupancy and size such as Centennial College. The Proponent will provide to The College, "all inclusive" Services comprising those found in Appendix A - Scope of Work and Appendix B - Cleaning Specifications at a fixed fee, with the exception of janitorial supplies and compactor hauling which is based on metric tonnage haulage. About the Facilities Proponents are encouraged to visit The Colleges website (www.centennialcollege.ca) to obtain background information relating to location, square footage, etc. It is the proponent's responsibility to note the types of flooring during the mandatory walkthroughs as this will not be provided by The College. Floor plan layouts can be provided if required but will not indicate the breakdown of square footage for the different types of floors or rooms. Number of chairs are not kept on record, it will be the proponent's responsibility to confirm the quantity of chairs (if required) for steam cleaning. Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis for an inclusive limit $5,000,000.00 per occurrence and in the aggregate for third party bodily injury, death, and property damage. Coverage also to include Personal Injury; Blanket Contractual Liability; Broad Form Property Damage; Completed Operations Liability; Cross Liability; Severability of Interests; Employer's Liability; Contingent Employer's Liability; Failure to Perform/Errors and Omissions coverage; Owner's and Contractor's Protective Liability; Non-Owned Automobile Liability.
