Project Description Arizona State University (ASU) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit a statement of qualifications to provide Design Professional (DP/ Consultant) services for, but not limited to, Architectural, Engineering, and other associated design related services. This work may be located at any of the ASU campuses or leased property locations. The 2024 Annual RFQ (ARFQ) provides an opportunity for Consultants to submit their SOQs on an annual basis into a database. By submitting annually, ASU will have access to your most current, specialties, and applicable experience that will be used to determine a consultant short list by project. Responding Consultants are responsible for keeping information current, including but not limited to, changes in address personnel, specialties, and years of experience. Consultants must follow the instructions in 2024 ARFQ Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Instructions and Contents, Instructions to Re-Submit to the 2024 ARFQ to update your submittal. If selected for a future project, an agreement will be issued through December 31,2028. This RFQ is a means to establish qualifications only. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must be registered professionals in the State of Arizona as required by state law. The Consultant is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted but incurs no further obligation to enter into an agreement as a result of the submittal. ASU will utilize qualifications submitted as a tool used in the selection of prospective Consultants Submittal of qualifications does not guarantee notification of upcoming projects, or award of a project and issuance of an agreement. The University reserves the right to reject any or all submittals for any reason it may determine and to waive or decline to waive any irregularities therein. Note: Be advised that agreements are subject to revision without notice. Pre-Submittal Meeting No pre-submittal meeting will be held. ASU will begin accepting submittals November 17, 2023 for use in A/E firm selection beginning January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028.
