Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition and Disposal of existing cladding system comprised of Fiber Reinforced Cement (FRC), cladding panels, hat channels and fastening system components as indicated on the West and North Elevation of the building. .2 Inspection of existing wall cavity components including but not limited to semi-rigid insulation, membrane flashing material, and cladding fastening components and z-girts. .3 Installation of new Aluminum Composite Panel (ACM) system and all fastening components, including hat channels, flashing membranes and semi rigid insulation required to make a complete system. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
