Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
* Award subject to final approval. The proposed Work includes installation of play equipment, construction of engineered wood carpet play surfacing, landscaping, tree and shrub planting, hydroseeding and resurfacing an existing multiuse trail. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Within five (5) Working Days following the City's notice of Bid selection, the selected Bidder shall provide the City with the required Performance Guarantees: a) being a performance bond and a labour and material payment bond, each at fifty percent (50%) of the Bid Price covering the faithful performance of the Contract. Project Commencement, no later than April 29, 2024 Substantial Completion of the Work June 14, 2024 Deadline to Submit Questions December 6, 2023. Any questions concerning the Tender Documents are to be directed, in writing, to the Purchasing Agent. Last Day for Issuance of Addenda December 8, 2023 Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that Contract Documents may be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website.
