The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. All bids/proposals must be submitted as a single file via email to the City Purchasing Section email address at bidclerk@las-cruces.org. Please list the project number, "Bid/Proposal Submittal", and the submitting company name in the subject line of the email [example: 21-22-001 Bid/Proposal Submittal (Company Name)]. Physical bid/proposal submissions will not be accepted for this solicitation. Bids/Proposals received after the due date/time will be considered non-responsive and not acceptable for award. Question Deadline 12/12/2023 at 4:00 PM MT All questions about the meaning or intent of these documents shall be submitted only to the Architect of Record, stated above, in writing.
