Renovation of a multi-residential development in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of February 7, 2024, project was awarded to APS construction but awarded amount is not available. Interior rehabilitation of 20 units at the Oak Street Apartments . Bid includes the installation of new kitchen cabinets and countertops; remodeling of bathrooms and upgrade the exterior lighting. Contractors will be notified of the award no later than January 23, 2024. MVPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities. All bids may be held 45 days. Any technical questions regarding this IFB are to be submitted in writing to Mr. Gilbert Cruz, Mod/Maintenance Manager, MVPHA, 924 S. San Pedro Street, Las Cruces, NM 88001. Questions may also be faxed to (575) 526- 2007 or emailed to gcruz@mvpha.org. NO TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Questions will be accepted until noon on December 19, 2023.
