Renovation of a municipal facility in Madisonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project scope consists of the modernization of the hydraulic elevator in the Monroe County Courthouse and associated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing upgrades. All Bidders shall be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6). No bid shall be opened unless Document 004100 Bid Envelope is attached to the outside of the sealed envelope and filled out completely. All bids shall be recorded on Document 004113 Bid Form, provided with the contract documents. With this bid, each Bidder shall provide bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owners reserve the right to waive any informality, and to reject any or all bids for any reason during bid evaluation.
