2023/12/14 04:00:00 PM CST Manitoba is Seeking an Aviation Consulting Services to Assist and Support Manitoba With the General Transport Aviation Services Project as Well as Other Consulting Services Requirements Related to Aviation on an as and When Required. The General Transport Aviation Services Will Be Used in the Transport of the Following, but Not Limited to:
A. Court Parties, Including but Not Limited to Judges, Counsel, Legal Aid Manitoba, Private Defence Bar, Court Clerks, Indigenous Court Workers and Victim Services Workers;
B. Sheriff's Officers Transporting Prisoners From Northern and Isolated Communities for Circuit Court Sittings; and
C. Individuals Taken Into Custody by the Rcmp. The Scope of Services is Divided to Two (2) Parts:
Part 1 - Current Scope
Describes the Services and Work to Be Performed by the Successful Proponent as Contemplated at the Time This Document Has Been Created. Part 2- Future Scope
Manitoba May, at Any Time, Add, Delete, or Modify the Scope of Services as Required. The Successful Proponent Will Be Given a Notice of Any Such Additions, Removals, or Changes and Will Be Subjected to the Change Request Process. Aviation Services Project
A) the Successful Proponent Will Provide Advisory and Subject Matter Expert Services to Manitoba and Will Work With Manitoba During the Aviation Services Project.
B) the Successful Proponent May Undertake a Global Market Analysis to Identify Qualified Companies Capable of Delivering Services in Some or All of the Components of the Aviation Services Project. C) the Successful Proponent Will Work With Manitoba to:
(I) Develop and Provide the Scope, Technical Specifications and Evaluation Criteria for the Aviation Services Project.
(Ii) Establish the Corporate and Financial Criteria to Qualify Potential Proponents.
(Iii) Coordinate the Aviation Services Project to Identify Qualified Companies via Market Analysis (in Addition to Merx.com).
(Iv) Assist With Inquiries Related to Aviation Services Project and Other Technical/qualifications Requirements (as Required).
(V) Assist in Evaluating the Technical/qualifications Submissions Related to the Aviation Services Project.
(Vi) Provide Technical Advisory Services in the Negotiation With the Successful Proponent(S) (as Required).
(Vii) Inspect Aircraft(S) Prior to Induction Into Aviation Services and Provide Complete Report on Acceptance and Recommendations. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
