Description of Work: the Work Includes but is Not Limited to Construction of the Wells No. 11, 12 & 13 Facilities on Three Separate Sites. Each of the Three Sites Includes Construction of a Wood Stud Building Containing Flanged Ductile Iron Pipe, Manual and Electric Butterfly Valves, Check Valve, Raw Water Sample Tap, Magnetic Flow Meter, Chemical Injection Assemblies, and a Static Mixer. A Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite System Consisting of a 100-gallon Double Walled Tank, Chemical Metering Pump Skid, Bulk Fill Line Assembly, Chlorine Analyzer, and Cpvc Chemical Piping Shall Also Be Provided in Each Building. Each Building Shall Include Concrete Foundation, Two Electric Heating Units, Ventilation Fan, Louver, Electric Water Heater, Electrical and Scada Panels. Site Work at Each Site Includes Yard Piping, Concrete Pads, Wrought Iron Fencing, and Gravel Dry Well Sump. The Work Shall Include All Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Work Required Therein. Owner's Rights Reserved: the Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids, if in the Best Interest of the Owner.
