Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a 581-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. Relocation of the existing Water Storage Tank for the continues operation during the construction of the new Water Storage Tank Building. 2.Demolition of the existing Water Storage Tank Building including removal of all concrete and superstructure, and site piping as required for new piping connections. 3. Construction of a new Water Storage Tank Building consisting of a structural slab on grade with wood frame superstructure. 4. Installation of new storage tanks, process piping, plumbing drains, and mechanical HVAC systems. 5. Installation of new site piping connections to new building. 6. Installation of new electrical distribution and float control systems. 7. All work shall be conform to the plans and these specifications and the MWSB Standard Construction Specifications.
