Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% The City of Mountain View is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor and materials to perform renovation of Hole No. 2 and Hole No. 12 Greens Complexes at Shoreline Golf Links, located inside Shoreline at Mountain View. The intent of the project is to replace the greens that have settled due to landfill differential settlement, and work involves the replacement of infrastructure and surface improvements which are no longer functional as a result of the settlement. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: o Clearing and grubbing of existing turf and bunker sand; o Removing trees; o Replacing drainage and irrigation; o Adjusting existing drainage and irrigation; o Grading for reconstructed greens and bunkers; o Installing Bentgrass grass sod for green; o Installing 100% rye grass sod for greens collar; o Installing overseeded Bermuda grass sod around bunkers and green; and o Reconstructing bunkers, including subdrainage system, bunker liner, gopher wire, and bunker sand.
