Reference Number 0000260421 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/12 03:00:00 PM MST Pricing Lump sum The Northwest Territories Power Corporation is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders (Proponents) to construct, maintain and decommission a winter road from Prosperous boat launch to Bluefish Hydro generating facility. 1Construct a winter road capable of hauling 60,000lbs; as required for shift changes, fuel resupply and aggregate hauling during winter road construction season of 2023/24. See Appendix G for map of Bluefish Winter Road. .2 Obtain Commercial Use Permit for Prosperous Boat Launch. (GNWT) .3Three ice profiles are required; an initial profile before construction, a profile to confirm road is safe for light vehicle traffic, and a final confirming the road is safe to transport the required fuel and aggregate out to Bluefish. .4 Provide weekly reports on progress and .5 Completion of NTPC Safety Orientation .6 Participate in daily tailboard meetings .7 Mobilize crew and tools to start work as soon as possible after award. .8 Demobilize crew from Bluefish. .9 Maintain Winter Road throughout operation .10Decommission Winter Road at end of seasonal operation period Comprehensive General Liability Insurance on an Occurrence Basis in an Amount of Not Less Than $5,000,000.00 Per Occurrence for Bodily Injury Including Death and/or Property Damage and Ntpc Shall Be Named as Additional Insured With Respect to the Contractor's Operations; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
