The North Union High School is Constructing a New Stand-alone Weight Room Building. The 48'x68' Single-story Project Will Be Constructed With Structural Insulated Panels and Will Have an Overhead Door. A Pre-bid Meeting Will Be Held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 8, 2023, at North Union High School Office, 600 4th Ave, Armstrong, Iowa Work Under This Bid Shall Be Commenced Upon Receipt of Signed Contract and Shall Be Completed in a Timely Manner by August 15, 2024. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Certified Share Draft in a Separate Sealed Envelope, Clearly Marked "bid Bond" or Bid Security", in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid.
