Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/15/2023 04:30:00 PM (ET) Clemson University seeks to purchase a packaged, water-cooled, electric-motor-driven centrifugal chiller. Delivery and installation is required to take place in Clemson, SC. The initial term of this agreement shall be one (1) year from the effective date as stated on the award document. At the end of the initial term, and at the end of each renewal term, this contract will automatically renew for a period of one year, unless contractor receives notice that Clemson University elects not to renew the contract at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of renewal. Renewals may be less than, but will not exceed four (4) additional one (1) year period. The maximum expiration date for this contract will be no later than five (5) years from the initial start date as shown on the original statement of award.
