Demolition and renovation of a fire / police facility in Wood Dale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a 12,400-square-foot fire / police facility.
All bids shall be valid for at least 60 days. The City of Wood Dale reserves the right to reject any bid, or portion thereof, or to waive minor deviations from the bid documents, if it deems it is in the public interest to do so. The project consists of Project consists of a 12,400 square foot phased interior renovation of the Police Department and select areas within the City Hall. Scope includes selective demolition, reconfiguration of spaces, finishes, millwork, interior doors and hardware, ceilings, lighting and power, plumbing, and modifications to mechanical and fire protection.
