The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, supplies and materials, as necessary, to perform the services as described.) Construct the above Alternative onsite sewage disposal system in compliance with the New Kent County Health Department Construction Permit 23-142-0115at 14130 New Kent Highway Lanexa, VA 23089in the location shown on the permit. The permit may contain additional conditions, notes, and information needed to construct the onsite sewage system.
