Demolition, site work and addition to a laboratory facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a laboratory facility; for the demolition of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.

This Bid Package No. 2 consists of existing building renovations and building additions for future STEM laboratories at Central High School and West Senior High School. Work includes, but is not limited to, finishes, flooring, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, exterior storefront and brick, structural steel, and exterior improvements. Bid Package No. 1 has addressed the footings and foundations for the building additions. Bid Security in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of Base Bid(S) Shall Accompany Each Proposal (Refer to Section 00 4313) Performance Bond and Payment Bond: All Contractors Bidding on Work in Excess of $50,000.00 Must Be Bondable and Must Include in Their Proposal the Cost for Furnishing a Performance Bond and Payment Bond Listing Traverse City Area Public Schools as Obligee . Bidders Request for Information: Submission Cut Off is December 11, 2023, at 12:00 Pm Service Start : 1/15/2024 Service End : 7/15/2024 A current Contractor Qualification Statement must be on file with Miller-Davis Company to be Awarded a Contract. The Owner and Miller-Davis Company reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all Bids, or accept any Bid which, in its opinion, will best serve its interests.
