Budget: less than $10,000 The Town of Clover is accepting quotes from qualified Contractors to replace an existing observation deck at Clover Community Park. The Town of Clover is accepting proposals from qualified Contractors to replace an existing observation deck with a new observation deck approximately five feet (5') x twelve feet (12') approximately eight feet off the ground attached to the concessions/restroom facility at Clover Community Park, 256 Community Park Drive, Clover, South Carolina 29710. Liability and Insurance. a. Contractor shall carry and maintain Worker Compensation Insurance in statutory amounts for its employees, unless exempt by State statute. Contractor shall provide Town with certification of this coverage. b. Contractor shall carry a Comprehensive Liability Policy of at least One Million ($1,000,000,000) Dollars per occurrence (combined single limit liability) to cover operations equipment and contractual liability. Contractor shall provide Town with copy of policy and shall name the Town as an additional insured. c. Contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town, its elected officials and employees from and against any and all actions, costs, claims, losses, expenses and/or damages arising out of performance of the working agreement. Any further delay after that date will result in liquidated damages of $150 per day. Cleaning: Clean up debris, unused material, and remove from the site daily and upon completion of project. No open holes or similar hazards should be left overnight or over the course of the weekend. Warranty: Contractor should offer a minimum of a two-year manufacturer's warranty on the installed product and a minimum of a one-year warranty on all work and installation. *This project has been abandoned due to the public health crisis. There are no plans to move forward with design or construction.
