The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for construction management, construction surveying, construction inspection, materials testing and related services, for Phase 1 of the Highway 49 Wastewater Capacity Improvement Project. Phase 1 construction is along Joeger Road, Richardson Drive, Park Drive and Quartz Drive and includes construction of a sewer force main, new gravity sewer lines, air release valves, odor control systems, sewer manholes, and miscellaneous ancillary work on roadways.
