Project Consists Primarily of: 2185 Lf of 8" Awwa C906 Dr 11 Waterline Installed by Directional Drilling Completion Date: 120 Calendar Days After "Notice to Proceed" All Proposals Shall Be Sealed and Endorsed for the Goshen Road Waterline Connection and Addressed to Mr. Butch Donnalley, Utility Superintendent, at the Address Shown Above and Either Hand Delivered or Received by Mail Prior to the Opening Date and Time. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Columbiana County and the City of Salem, Ohio, as Determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services Wage and Hour Division @ 614-644-2239. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form, Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. Each Proposal Must Contain the Full Name of the Party or Parties Submitting the Proposal and All Persons Interested Therein. Each Bidder Must Submit Evidence of Its Experiences on Projects of Similar Size and Complexity. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any and All Bids, or to Increase or Omit Any Item(S), to Waive Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received, and to Award to the Lowest and/or Best Bidder.
