Project Includes approximately: 658 CY of Asphalt Surface Course 329 CY of Asphalt Intermediate Course 9524 SY of Pavement Planing 476 SY of Concrete Pavement Removal and Rigid Replacement Miscellaneous Sidewalk and Curb Replacement The schedule for this work will be finalized at the Pre-construction Meeting by the City of Salem. Director of Public Service and the Contractor One-Hundred-Twenty (120) calendar days, after Notice to Proceed, have been provided to complete the project. Each Proposal must be accompanied by cash, certified check or cashiers check, and the amount must not be less than 10% of the total amount bid The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a bond of the faithful performance of the Contract in a sum not less than one hundred per cent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids
