Build one new Elementary / Middle School for 1292 students in grades PK-8 The building is to be approximately 152,791sf with a total co-funded budget of approximately $54.6M. This project’s master plan is based on a 2023 OSDM cost set and has an average cost/sf of $361.71 (hard & soft cost). The site has been selected and is agriculture land accessible to all utilities. No wells/WWTP required. This building may be connected to a new high school building constructed in a future segment. This project has the following allowances and are included in the Master Plan cost above: Emergency Responder Radio Coverage System: $178,765 Storm Shelter: $680,900 ADA Playground Surface: $262,200 Anticipated discrete LFIs: There is a potential LFI of additional square feet for Board Offices with an approx. budget of $3M. This project will follow LEED v4 criteria. Should the AE team not be experienced in LEED V.4, the AE is expected to hire a consultant that is qualified. The district will be attending Visioning Sessions and is interested in a hybrid of Student Centered Learning spaces and Traditional Classroom spaces.
