The City of Battle Creek is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide consultant services to rehabilitate the Air Traffic Control Tower. Services include providing plans and specifications suitable for bidding and providing construction administration. This is a qualifications-based selection process. Do not submit pricing. Protests about the bid procedure must be in writing. This written protest must be received by the City of Battle Creek, located at 10 N. Division, Suite 214, Battle Creek, MI 49014. This written protest must be received by the City no later than ten (10) working days after notification to all bidders of the contract award decision. The City of Battle Creek must issue its written decision no more than ten (10) business days from the day the written protest was received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
