Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Union School District 81. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. All Bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public projects. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws All Bidders must sign a statement of compliance indicating that they have participated in, or are actively participating in, apprenticeship and training programs approved by and registered with the United States Department of Labors Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training.
