Site work and paving for a civil project in Kentwood, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Full road reconstruction of Ridgewood Street and Julivan Avenue, including water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer replacement. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Owner for 5 percent of the total amount of the bid. The Bid Bond or certified check will be returned to unsuccessful bidders in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the contract documents. Contractors interested in submitting proposals shall refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents for bidding requirements. City of Kentwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in the bid in the best interest of the City of Kentwood and to select bids considered most advantageous to the City of Kentwood.
