This Project includes the repair of Asphalt/Concrete Cuts within the City of Columbia Service Area, and will include the repairs throughout Water Districts 2, 3, & 5. The work includes the repair of asphalt and concrete within existing roadways and driveways, the repair of concrete sidewalks and concrete curb & gutter within City of Columbia, SCDOT, and County Roadways. Location: Various locations in Water Districts 2, 3 and 5 located in and around Columbia, SC. Accordingly, instead of requiring any such proof, Owner and Contractor agree that as liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty) Contractor shall pay Owner Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($350.00) per day for each calendar day of delay until the Work is complete as determined for both periods of substantial completion and final completion.
