The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for a source or sources of supply for the purchase of new air filters for SCDC's Facilities Management Division. [01-1015-1] This is for a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for (4) additional (1) year Terms not to exceed a contract total of (5) Years. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period". [01-1040-1]SAP All Questions Must Be Sent in Writing via Email to the Buyer; Briseno.monica@doc.sc.gov Air Filters shall be pre-pleat panel filters. Each filter shall consist of a cotton and synthetic media, heavy gauge expanded support grid or self-supportive enclosing frame, the filter shall be listed by under writer's laboratories as class 2. Filter media shall have an average efficiency of 25-30%, and have an average arrestance of 85-93% based on ASHRAE test standard 52.1-92. The frame shall be constructed of a rigid, high wet-strength beverage board. Diagonal support members shall be bonded to both the air entering and the air exiting sides of each pleat. The enclosing frame shall be chemically bonded to the filter pack on all four sides. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 3/19/2024 8:00 AM
