Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Ord, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition and removal of a red & white 24' X 42' steel building, located at 606 S Street in Ord, NE. Building will need to be completely removed before January 28th 2024 at the latest. The building will be available to be viewed till December 15th just stop at the front offi ce before entering the fenced yard area. Concrete pad and footing will be left in place for Loup Valleys future use. The expected cleanup of the entire area of all insulation, screws, wood, and metal will be included in your bid, along with disposal fees. The building has had some damage due to the May 2022 windstorm. Bids will be as is condition. By submitting a bid, Loup Valleys RPPD reserves the right to not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring from the demolition and removal of such property included in your bid. The best safety practices are recommended by Loup Valleys RPPD.
