The State of Minnesota, through the Department of Administration - Real Estate and Construction Services (RECS) is requesting proposals for professional services to conduct Geotechnical Explorations and Phase 1 Environmental Investigation Services the Minnesota Veteran's Home's located in Hastings at 1200 18th St E, Hastings, Minnesota.. The term of this contract is anticipated to run from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025, with the option to extend an additional 3 years in increments determined by the State. Questions are due: Friday, December 8, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Noon CT Prospective responders who have any questions regarding this request for proposal should email the questions no later than Samantha Hicks, Contracts Specialist Real Estate and Construction Services samantha.hicks@state.mn.us Licensure Requirements Based upon the scope of work attached, the successful responder is required to be an Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architect, or Land Surveyor registered in the State of Minnesota under Minn. Stat. copy of Minnesota Statutes and Minnesota Rules is available at online. Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Unless a greater preference is applicable and allowed by law, in accordance with Minn. subd. 6a, the Commissioner of Administration will award a 12% preference in the amount bid on state procurement to certified small businesses that are majority owned and operated by veterans
