Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to conduct generator maintenance services and as-needed generator services at facilities throughout the county. The awarded Contractor, here after referred to as the Contractor, will provide Monthly or Quarterly Inspections, Full Service Inspections, and Coolant & Coolant System Parts Replacements per the Quote Form table schedule. The successful Contractor will schedule inspections and other site visits with the Facilities Management one (1) week prior to arrival to prevent unanticipated work when service person arrives. This allows the County proper time to schedule the work with building occupants. Dakota County reserves the right to reject any or all quotations.
