General A. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment required for the completion of the project or repair. B. The County does reserve the right to reject any quotes that are not in the County's best interest. C. This Contract will run from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. Specifications A. The contractor is to provide labor and material pricing for one or more of the services described as General Construction and Maintenance Services as needed at all Dakota County buildings. B. This work may include working in a secured environment such as the County Jail and Juvenile facility. C. Please provide your Hourly Service Rates on the quote sheet of this request. D. Work may require a written quote and approval prior to starting work. Disruption of Work Work which is noisy or creates unusual odors or dust will be completed after hours, on weekends, or during business hours with prior approval from the site supervisor. Certificates are to be provided to the County PRIOR to beginning work under this release.
