The City will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed documents. b. In interpreting the Contract Documents, the Bidder shall interpret words describing materials that have a well-known technical or trade meaning, unless otherwise specifically defined in the Contract Documents, in accordance with the well-known meaning recognized by the trade.
