Site work and paving for a civil project in Pueblo West, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of February 20, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project shall include construction surveying, earthwork, curb & gutter, Class 6 ABC, Asphalt Paving, water and sewer line extensions for the County Detention Center, 4 detention ponds, a CDOT standard CBC, multi modal trail construction, concrete paving along SH 45, and other related work. The project is located between the S Joe Martinez Blvd/ Purcell Blvd intersection in Pueblo West and Pueblo Blvd/24st St intersection in Pueblo. MOH Blvd will cross over the Wildhorse Creek arroyo and through the Honor Farm Open Space in Pueblo, County Colorado. Each bid shall be made on the forms included in the Contract Documents and no Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days from and after the date set for opening of Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid price made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all Bids.
