Prepare site for required installation of new vault. 2. Removal and replacement of 20-ft of asbestos concrete watermain to include disposal by the contractor. 4. Install new valve vault and appurtenances in accordance with A WW A. 5. Install all valve instrumentation in accordance with A WWA. 6. Site work including, but not to, grading, fencing and site restoration. 7. Perform outage planning activities and implementation. In addition, perform required bypass operation activities.
