Pueblo West Metropolitan District is accepting competitive proposals from qualified Design and Engineering Consultants to design an administration building approximately 15,000 square feet along with associated parking areas, potential detention/water quality ponds and general site development. There are two different options on the function of this admin building; however, the district would like to have the selected consultant to have the abilities, experience, and staff to be able to do both options. Option 1 - Admin Building:15,000 sq ft, 24-30 offices, multiple conference rooms Option 2 - Admin Building/Townhall: 15,000sq ft, 100 person board room plus 150 sq foot executive conference room and as many offices that the square footage allows The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to reserve any request for proposals.
