Reference Number 0000358193 The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (District) is requesting written proposals from qualified wastewater engineering consulting firms to provide design services for increased capacity, maintenance and upgrade items at the District's wastewater treatment facility. The District sees value in completing the design of these projects at one time instead of completing them as several independent projects. Proposals should include engineering, design, bid schedule, opinion of probable costs and construction administration services as more fully described in Section 3.0 - Scope of Services.
