Purcell Blvd. involves placing new waterline via open trench methods, erosion control, earthwork, cutting, patching, paving/repair of roads, and all appurtenances as specified and required for a complete and functional system. The pipeline crossing N. Purcell Blvd. will involve a trenchless horizontal bore under the roadway.
