Reference Number 0000381418 Job Location: 298 S Joe Martinez Blvd. Pueblo West, Colorado United States 81007 Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work is all labor, materials, equipment, construction, and services required by the Contract Documents including but not limited to installation of specified roof covering along with all roofing components and appurtenances as listed in the Job Specifications and the Scope of Work in appendix C that as obtained from the roof diagrams included in Appendix A. This includes Alternates agreed to by Owner. The performance bond, warranty, and permit costs are in addition to the Contract Amount as listed below. Product Specifications: Bid the following roof systems: 1. Roof Replacement (211.3 SQ w/o waste) 60 mil adhered PVC membrane (IB Roof Systems, Carlisle, Versico) 1/2-inch Secure Rock cover board Class 2 vapor retarder 1-inch Polyiso Board (R 5.8) 1/4-inch EPS taper, 6 to 6.25-inch average (R 24 to 25) 2. Alternate 1: Roof Recover 211.3 SQ w/o waste) 60 mil adhered PVC membrane (IB Roof Systems, Carlisle, Versico) 1/2-inch Secure Rock cover board Installation timeline is a job start of May 30, 2025, with 120 days total installation time. Project deadline is 90 days for substantial completion by August 28, 2025, with final completion by September 27, 2025.
