Electric to be run for the garage door opener and security/lock system. Security/Lock system components to be installed by others. o 1-Twelve foot (12') by twelve foot (12') overhead garage door with opener and mounted keypad. Include 6 garage door opener controllers. o 14' wide x 10' deep (6" thick) concrete apron. o One (1) Commercial grade steel 36-inch man door with 5' x 5' (4" thick) Concrete Pad. o Existing chain link fence to be removed and properly disposed of.
