**As of October 24th, 2025, the project was awarded to Rock’M Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,342,452.31** Reference Number 0000394305 Bid Intent Not Available Contract time: 120 Calendar Days The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (the "District") is currently soliciting competitive bids for a Multi-Modal Trail project. We are seeking qualified and interested contractors to construct approximately 2.5 miles of a 10-foot asphalt trail. This comprehensive project will include all necessary signage and pavement markings, minor grading, and traffic control to ensure a safe and complete installation. This work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete construction of the items described above and as specified in the Plans and Specifications. Pricing shall be all inclusive to include but not be limited to all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, freight, travel, fuel, set-up and takedown cost, and all other costs related to the successful completion of the project.
