A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000399570 Bid Intent Not Available The Pueblo West Metropolitan District ("District") is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested construction companies for all labor, equipment, materials, etc. required to install five (5) Pressure Relief Valve Systems "PRV'S" in Pueblo West, CO. The PRV's will be located near the intersection of W. Linden Ave and S. Greenway Ave.; S. Greenway Ave and W Northampton Dr.; S. Papago Dr and Parcel H, Tract 362 owned by Pueblo West Metropolitan District; S. Hollister Dr. and Parcel F, Tract 362 owned by Pueblo West Metropolitan District; and S. Sweetwater Ave. and Parcel E owned by Pueblo West Metropolitan District. Pricing shall be all inclusive to include but not limited to: all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, freight, travel, fuel, set-up and take-down costs, and all other costs related to the successful completion of the project. The Project will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials for the installation of five (5) pressure-reducing valve (PRV) vaults off either an existing 8-inch or 6-inch asbestos-cement water main. Work includes, but is not limited to, piping, demolition, earthwork, erosion control, valves, tie-ins and related appurtenances, installation of Owner-supplied materials, coring and/or sealing of vault, and completion of all associated site work relating to the PRV project for a complete and functional system. Contractor shall furnish and pay for all materials not included in the Owner-supplied Bid Form, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances; provide all construction equipment and tools; and perform all necessary labor and supervision. Contractor shall coordinate the progress of the Work including coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, public utilities and subsequent water treatment plant contractor performing work on site and Owner to insure the progress of Work.
