Reference Number 0000379671 Bid Intent Not Available During the course of a year, the District requires custodial/janitorial services for its District facilities including but not limited to: Pueblo West Metro District Water Treatment Plant - 20 W. Palmer Lake Drive Five (5) days a week: Clean Breakroom Clean Bathrooms Sweep all hard floors Vacuum all rugs and carpet Dump all trash Two (2) days a week: Mop hard floors (could be more often depending on weather and needs) Pueblo West Metro District Wastewater Treatment Plant - 1370 Grouse Drive Five (5) days a week: Clean Bathrooms Sweep all hard floors Vacuum all rugs and carpet Dump all trash Two (2) days a week: Mop hard floors (could be more often depending on weather and needs) One (1) day a week: Dust Desks Pueblo West Metro District Operational Support Office - 356 S. McCulloch Blvd Suites 101 & 102 Five (5) days a week: Clean Breakroom Clean Bathrooms Sweep and mop all hard floors Vacuum all rugs and carpet Dump all trash One (1) day a week: Dust Desks Pueblo West Metro District Boardroom - 356 S. McCulloch Blvd, Suite 103 and Common Hallway One (1) day a week: Clean Bathroom Sweep and mop all hard floors Vacuum all rugs and carpet Dump all trash Sweep Common Hallway One (1) day a month: Mop Common Hallway The Contractor shall provide full-service, Custodial/Janitorial Services as set forth in this request for Bids, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies, mops, vacuums, etc. Pueblo West Metro District will provide trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap for bathrooms. The District will also provide a trash dumpster for discarding trash at each facility. Services shall be provided by the Contractor on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. Additional as-needed individual jobs or projects will be initiated by the District prior to any work being done. The answers to all written questions, clarifications or requests received will be posted on the online. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required If the contract price is in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00), for the construction, erection, repair, maintenance, or improvement of any building, road, bridge viaduct, tunnel, excavation or other such public work included in said contract, the contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish both a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond to Pueblo West Metropolitan District in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept other than the lowest Bid and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received. The District also reserves the right to reject a Bid if the Bidder fails to submit the data required by these Instructions to Bidders, or if the Bid is in any way incomplete or irregular.
