Renovation of an educational facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Holaco, on behalf of SFU, invites proponents to participate in a competitive procurement process to identify qualified roofing contractor(s) for the installation of new parapet and related work, to the Shrum Science Centre, located at the Burnaby Campus of Simon Fraser University. It is anticipated that this RFSQ process, Phase 1, will result in a list of Qualified Roofing Contractor(s) who will be invited to participate in an invitation to tender process, Phase 2. Only those proponents prequalified under Phase 1 will be invited to participate in Phase 2. Phase 2 may comprise multiple projects, and the prequalified contractor(s) will be eligible to remain on an approved list for up to 3 years, subject to review by SFU and Holaco. Each additional project will be tendered separately, and a winning bid on one does not automatically mean a winning bid for others. The maximum value for any work tendered in Phase 2 will be $500,000. Documents can be obtained from https://bids.bidsandtenders.ca/
