Renovation of a municipal facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City is requesting Submissions from qualified and experienced roofing contractors to be registered on its pre-qualified list for roof replacement services for the estimated period of February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2027. Successful Respondents will be eligible to submit future tenders or quotes for individual roofing contracts throughout the City. The Scope of Work may include, but is not limited to the following: A. The supply and installation, per consultant specifications of roof replacement systems varying from steeper pitched Cedar, Asphalt shingle and Metal Panel to flat BUR, SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and or other types of roofs. B. The supply and delivery of all necessary labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide the requested services. C. Submission or Preparation of reports and documentation as required by the City (Example: WorkSafeBC NOPA, Disposal and dump certificates, material manifests).
