The work proposed includes all the necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct all improvements shown in the contract documents. The City of Aberdeen has obtained the required permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Nationwide Permit 27) and the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife Hydraulic Project Approval.
